My mom has had a horrible experience with this company I am not happy with Coit at all. They picked up rugs that they were supposed to clean and when I went to use them I found dirt, earrings and other items that were still on the rug. I am not going to attach a copy of the rug with the Coit Tag because it shows my address. I paid over $200 to have two area carpets cleaned and they were not cleaned. They got me, never again! Don't call Coit they did a terrible job, I have a very small area to clean and it didn't do the job the tech. Had all packed up before I could ask for a second pass over the shower ... we cleaned ourselves with a Brush in 5 min. I called the manager he said he would do his investigation and call me Monday 2 weeks later no call . Tech didn't wear booties on rainy day drug hoses over my floors and was very rude! When u see 2 1/2 star company believe it!!!

These people Fraudulent and malicious schemers. They estimated work that the employee Max swore was covered by insurance to my mom, then told her that she was going to have our house foreclosed through a mechanics lien if she didn't pay. No work was done, nothing was restored. These people couldn't mold restore a door. STAY AWAY!!! They are fraudulent individuals that are looking for a PAYDAY.

Possibly the worst customer service and cleaning service I have ever encountered. No follow through, no return calls! Area rug returned dirty, kept another 2 months, finally returned marginally clean. Will Never use/recommend!!!!

These people care zero about their customers. They wasted several hours of my time today, each customer service rep claiming that they promise to call me back in 5 min. and then never calling to reschedule an appointment they missed because the technician's truck broke down. On the third call, I demanded that a manager get on the line. Surprise! No managers are available. They're too busy doing everything but helping their customers. I hired Coit Cleaning and Restoration in July to clean my air ducts, carpet and tile. Ryan tracked the solvent used to clean the carpet and tile all over my laminate floors leaving wet footprints. After he left, I mopped the floor but the footprints remained. He also missed cleaning a whole section of tile. After calling and complaining, Coit sent someone out to take pictures. After describing my carpet cleaning needs with sq. footage/room count I was given an estimate of $180-$200, very reasonable for 3 bdr.'s and stairs. Made an appointment for the next day. At arrival time I got a call asking me to describe my needs, again. Then I was quoted $495, looks like bait and switch to me. Carpet cleaning canceled!

Was just quoted $2000 for 600 sq ft of tile cleaning. Needless to say we declined the service. Also informed they will not move any furniture whatsoever. Avoid Coit unless you'd like to overpay for a steam clean.

I just had a horrible, horrible experience with COIT and will NEVER use them. In fact, I will be sending THEM a bill for my costs and inconvenience. I called and made an appointment, and was told that the cleaners would come out, give me an estimate and if I liked the estimate they would clean my carpet at that time.
