Update Review., I received a bill from this company regarding "the none rendered service." The bill was for More than Twice the original estimate. (oddly, the bill included a Service fee!) I received the bill on 7/13/2021. On the same day, I called the number on the bill and a person name Johanna answered. We scheduled air duct and dryer vent cleaning with coit. The cleaning crew unplugged the sump pump to plug their equipment in and left it unplugged. The water from the shower and sink leaked into the basement floor, an inch deep covering 60-80 feet. They are disputing the situation endlessly, they want proof we don't have plumbing problems. Forty years ago they were the premier rug cleaning business. That's how long I've been using them - since 1981. Of course, it's a different generation now. Two years ago I said I would never use them again, but I did this week. Never ever again. Eight phone calls, no response, my area rugs were supposed to be delivered today and were not. We have some vintage tile floors in two units of an apartment building that were sealed 3 years ago with a penetrating, non-glossy sealer. We learned by experience that that was NOT the answer for these almost-100-year-old floors, as they are not cleanable. We didn't want a repeat of what happened before. Unfortunately, while we have used COIT before, I cannot recommend them to anyone. We had an appointment scheduled and when we called to confirm they would be there the day before our appointment, we were told that someone should have called us as they could no longer do our scheduled cleaning and had to move us to the following week. That would be just fine if we weren't having an engagement party for our daughter this weekend. Terrible communication and terrible customer service. I will never use them again.

Never again. I have used them in the past, same with other family members. They quoted me a price on the phone and wanted to charge almost 2x the original quote. Further, they only sent 1 tech versus 2 and couldn't do the job. Even though they have been here before. Totally unethical to quote one price and change it to another. Also, to not be able to complete the job when promised as they told me I would need to wait another 4+ days. Never again. Coit was supposed to come out to clean the carpet in the morning and I was given a specific time. When making the appointment I told them I had to be some where afterwards and needed them to be on time. I was assured that they would show up within the window quoted. When they did not show up on time, I called Coit. I was told that someone would call me back soon. Finally someone called me about 1 hr. 20 minutes later. As an update, the general manager did take on great customer service to resolve my concerns after much follow up and discussion about good business practices as a fellow business owner. I can't speak to how this has changed their on the ground invoicing services.

I hired Coit a few months ago to clean the upholstery on sofa cushions. Did a fine job, no issues. Rehired Coit this week to clean a few more chairs. The fabric was completely damaged. My chairs are a dark blue but now I have light blue stripes across them
