Never again. I have used them in the past, same with other family members. They quoted me a price on the phone and wanted to charge almost 2x the original quote. Further, they only sent 1 tech versus 2 and couldn't do the job. Even though they have been here before. Totally unethical to quote one price and change it to another. Also, to not be able to complete the job when promised as they told me I would need to wait another 4+ days. Never again. Coit was supposed to come out to clean the carpet in the morning and I was given a specific time. When making the appointment I told them I had to be some where afterwards and needed them to be on time. I was assured that they would show up within the window quoted. When they did not show up on time, I called Coit. I was told that someone would call me back soon. Finally someone called me about 1 hr. 20 minutes later. As an update, the general manager did take on great customer service to resolve my concerns after much follow up and discussion about good business practices as a fellow business owner. I can't speak to how this has changed their on the ground invoicing services.

I hired Coit a few months ago to clean the upholstery on sofa cushions. Did a fine job, no issues. Rehired Coit this week to clean a few more chairs. The fabric was completely damaged. My chairs are a dark blue but now I have light blue stripes across them

Made an appointment during a 50% off sale for estimate and service on sectional sofa and wood floors. Team arrived on selected date; gave a price but not the quoted 50% discount, but corrected price after contact with office; took an hour and equipment failed to function; team members scheduled for the following week. A different team arrived but tried to pass a different quote on us. I have had two horrible experiences with Coit cleaning and will NOT be using them again. A year ago I had a service technician come out to clean the grout on my kitchen floor. My floor was perfectly shiny when he started but when he finished the product he had used ate all the shine and left the floor looking very streaky and scratched. I asked him to buff it to bring back the shine. He argued with me that it was that way when he started. We have use COIT in the past and been pleased but this time we had an appointment; they never showed up or notified us they weren't able to come. When I called they said a technician had called in sick. They made another appointment for the next week promising no service charge and a big discount. Again, they did not show or call us to let us know they were not able to come. When I called they said my husband had called and cancelled, which is very interesting since I have no husband. If you want customer service....this is not your company. I scheduled an online AM appointment and was notified that the service person would call 24-48hrs to confirm an arrival time. No call. On the scheduled date I called Coit and was told that the service person would show up between 2-4pm. I explained that I did not get a confirmation call and the afternoon was not possible(which is why I booked an AM appt.). Terrible customer service. Made an online appointment, was supposed to receive a call the day before to confirm time. Never received a call. Called customer service, she said the driver was supposed to call but she couldn't contact the driver. Asked how to schedule an appointment if the driver couldn't be contacted, she said "I'm not sure" but she would get back to us within the hour. 3 hrs later, no phone call.
