We have use COIT in the past and been pleased but this time we had an appointment; they never showed up or notified us they weren't able to come. When I called they said a technician had called in sick. They made another appointment for the next week promising no service charge and a big discount. Again, they did not show or call us to let us know they were not able to come. When I called they said my husband had called and cancelled, which is very interesting since I have no husband. If you want customer service....this is not your company. I scheduled an online AM appointment and was notified that the service person would call 24-48hrs to confirm an arrival time. No call. On the scheduled date I called Coit and was told that the service person would show up between 2-4pm. I explained that I did not get a confirmation call and the afternoon was not possible(which is why I booked an AM appt.). Terrible customer service. Made an online appointment, was supposed to receive a call the day before to confirm time. Never received a call. Called customer service, she said the driver was supposed to call but she couldn't contact the driver. Asked how to schedule an appointment if the driver couldn't be contacted, she said "I'm not sure" but she would get back to us within the hour. 3 hrs later, no phone call. We called Coit because we saw all the ads on tv and thought they would be trustworthy at very least. They said they would be out on the following Monday to give us an estimate on cleaning a dryer vent going through roof. She said a service person would call Fri to give us a 2 hr window. End of Fri no call so called them. Finally man answered & said "no someone would call on Sat" we waited Sat, Sun & still no call so Mon morn no call so we called again. I received the survey from Coit after my horrible services and listed 10 different issues and never heard back. One team member was not wearing a mask and neither was wearing gloves. They are not in the COIT uniform like you see on the TV commercials. During Covid19, you would expect great customer experiences. They did not treat the spots like discussed in the walk through. All of the spots are still present after the carpets dried. I am completely unhappy and want a refund. No one responded back to the survey I completed.

Horrible! Ruined the carpet (bleached it out while trying to remove rust stains they caused)! Refused to replace the carpet. No professionalism.

My appointment was from 12-2:00 with a 30 minute curtesy phone call. At 1:30 I called the corporate 800 number to see when the service would be at my home to clean my carpets and was told the driver knocked on my door and nobody answered. WRONG. I called the 800 number and the office told me the driver knocked on my door and nobody answered. WRONG. My call was dispatched to the actual driver and when I said "You didn't knock on my door because I'm home waiting for you to arrive" and he said "I know, I'm 60 miles away".... read more

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Never again! I made an appointment one week in advance. I received a call shortly after making the appointment saying they would be out the next day. I said, no next Tuesday. They sorted it out. Then they didn't show during the scheduled time. I called their office. I was told a manager would call me back in 5 minutes. zero stars will be more appropriate. when calling and asking for details about the cleaning services, after 5 min they hang up the phone on me. this was not a mistake whoever picked up the phone did not like the questions.
