We were first time home buyers and we loved having Joe as our realtor, because he took great care of us and really fought for what we wanted in negotiation! He made himself available to us 24/7 and even after he closing he's been such a help with answering any questions we had about the house. He also got us an awesome house warming gift!! If you're looking for a excellent, results oriented realtor stop looking and hire Joe! We live out of the area and needed to sell our mother's home. We did not have personal knowledge of local realtors so we searched on-line and contacted and interviewed 3 realtors. We called Joe and set an appointment to interview him. Karen was very professional and friendly. I never felt like I was a job or project, she returned all my calls the same day and most of the time within minutes. Karen was very honest and she set realistic expectations. The market was probably at it's worst when we listed our house and previous realtors lead us to be believe we could sell our property for much more than we could. Joe Edenfield is by far, the best agent that I've ever dealt with! Joe was professional and very knowledgeable. He's a real "go getter" whose priority was to get us exactly what we wanted. He was even able to get us a few "extras" without any further costs from us! Our meeting with Mr. Edenfield began as professional relationship between an agent and his clients..but I now feel as though we have a new friend. I will and have recommended him to everyone. He's a cut above the rest!
