Joe stepped in after another realtor repeatedly ignored our concerns. After a 6 month listing with the previous realtor, he got a full list price offer on our home in 10 days. He is a friendly, level-headed great guy, who we now consider a friend. Thank you Joe!!!

Philip played the role of dual agent when I was purchasing my house. Although he represented both parties I felt that he was fair and kept both of our best interests at heart. Philip also kept me up to date on where we were at in the purchase process. While making sure that all of the appropriate steps for that phase of the house purchase were either completed or being worked on well in advance so there were no surprises or last minute road blocks.

Merry has been our property manager (through Alfonzo Realty) for almost two years now. We now live in DC and I never have to worry about our home on the Gulf Coast. I was on terminal leave and about to lose my job in a matter of months. I needed to get my house sold QUICK. In today's market I just didn't think it would happen. Joe is a great realtor. He listened to our needs and knew exactly whart we wanted in a home. He is very professional and friendly. Great to work with. He is extremely responisve to our needs. We called him often after hours and he always responds to our calls. He continues to assist us even after the close of our home. We bought our home sight unseen based on Joe's report of the home.

Anita was available when I requested to see homes. She tried to match houses with my preferences. She kept buyer, seller and an additional agent in contact quickly and smoothly. She had all paperwork ready and moving between parties. I was new to the community so even after the sale , she was responsive when I had questions. Overall, a good experience.

Anita was more help to me than my lender. When ever I couldn't get answers from my lender, I would call Anita. She would have answers for in a flash. She was also able to put me in contact with some local, trustworthy contractors so that I could get the necessary work done to make my purchase.There were a few things that I needed to do in order for the inspector to clear the house for sale.
