Philip LeBlanc was an excellent relator to use when we sold our house in Woolmarket,MS. He new the area so well and what type of clients to show our way. He was there for us every step of the way through the whole process. I can be a bit anxious when it comes to big life changes and selling a house is one of them and he did a great job to calm my nerves through the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone.

Philip was very helpful before i even decided to purchase property. He answered all questions while i was in the looking process of vacant land. He would answer all calls immediately or return my calls as soon as possible. He made the whole process from beginning to end very smooth.

If there is one thing that sets Philip apart from other agents that I have worked with, it's that he makes you feel that you're his most important client. Thanks Joe ! We had some very challenging deadlines and obstacles that had to be met in order to sell our home and purchase another one in just the right place. Joe did it. In less than a month after listing our house it went under contract and we also went under contract on our new home at the same time. Closing dates were set and everything went as planned by our agent. He did a great job and I will recommend Joe to anyone who needs to get the job done!!

Mrs. Melton was wonderful. She took her time with us. She listened to everything we wanted and had everything organized and ready to go. She drove us to several beautiful homes until we found the right one. She was very patient with us and never pushed us into anything we didnt want. She was able to help us every step of the way.
