I highly recommend Joe if you are looking for a realtor on the Gulf Coast. He is very knowledgable and negotiated an awesome deal for us. This was my first home purchase and my husband’s second and it was wonderful how easy he made the process for us. His knowledge in the area brought us to homes and neighborhoods we didn’t even know existed. It was a great and exciting experience just the way a home purchase should be!
I was skeptical that I would be able to buy a house before I met Joe. He went the extra mile after an initial let down by a local mortgage company. He guided me to a different mortgage company (DHI mortgage) who was able to get me approved for the home we wanted and we closed the deal today. I will recommend his services in the future.
