Joe is a great realtor. He listened to our needs and knew exactly whart we wanted in a home. He is very professional and friendly. Great to work with. He is extremely responisve to our needs. We called him often after hours and he always responds to our calls. He continues to assist us even after the close of our home. We bought our home sight unseen based on Joe's report of the home.
Anita was available when I requested to see homes. She tried to match houses with my preferences. She kept buyer, seller and an additional agent in contact quickly and smoothly. She had all paperwork ready and moving between parties. I was new to the community so even after the sale , she was responsive when I had questions. Overall, a good experience.
Anita was more help to me than my lender. When ever I couldn't get answers from my lender, I would call Anita. She would have answers for in a flash. She was also able to put me in contact with some local, trustworthy contractors so that I could get the necessary work done to make my purchase.There were a few things that I needed to do in order for the inspector to clear the house for sale. Thanks million Anita!
Always available to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable of the mortgage process. Joe was also able to negotiate things for us that I didn't think would be possible. We recieved professional and personal service from him and I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a home.
We have bought and sold our home with Brent. He was wonderful to work with. He knew the area and the market well. He was always just a phone call away when we had questions or concerns. If we were ever transferred back to Mississippi we would look him up immediately. I found him very honest and eager to please.

Within 24hrs we were contacted, she was on time and very informative about the area. That she couldn't answer she have us resources to find out independently. Mrs. Gutierrez also informed us of subdivision properties building new homes, recommended lenders who are trustworthy. We recommend her to any or all inquiring on buying or selling.

Throughout my negotiations and subsequent purchase, he was accessible, responsive, thoroughly knowledgeable and kept me informed.
