Joe Edenfield is by far, the best agent that I've ever dealt with! Joe was professional and very knowledgeable. He's a real "go getter" whose priority was to get us exactly what we wanted. He was even able to get us a few "extras" without any further costs from us! Our meeting with Mr. Edenfield began as professional relationship between an agent and his clients..but I now feel as though we have a new friend. I will and have recommended him to everyone. He's a cut above the rest!

Donna worked with us from out of state to find a home for our family. When we were in town, she worked us into her schedule to be able to show us the homes we were interested in. Communication was good for the most part, but there were times we didn't feel like things were communicated fully or that our questions had been answered. She was great and timely with handling our paperwork needed to complete our sale. Overall, we had a good experience and are happy with our home.
She is great! She met us in the rain. She was always polite, helpful, and courteous. She always answers your calls or gets back with you in a timely manner. She is very nice. All around it was a wonderful experience.

By far the best realtor on the coast. We didn't have to do anything because he was on top of everything. He truly works for his clients and I have never heard of anyone negotiating as good as he did. I would recommend him to my own mother. We would never use another agent. He is not only a great realtor but an awesome person.
