I had never purchased a home before and I had to find a place in a hurry. Joe Edenfield was able to find my family the perfect place in the perfect neighborhood within the time frame that we required. He made everything so easy. As first time home buyers we were very pleased with Matt. He made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion, and made the home buying process go smoothly. We had originally gone with another realtor but did not feel at ease with him. Our experience with Matt was completely different and did not feel as if we were being pushed into something or taken advantage of.
