Anita was more help to me than my lender. When ever I couldn't get answers from my lender, I would call Anita. She would have answers for in a flash. She was also able to put me in contact with some local, trustworthy contractors so that I could get the necessary work done to make my purchase.There were a few things that I needed to do in order for the inspector to clear the house for sale. Thanks million Anita!

We have bought and sold our home with Brent. He was wonderful to work with. He knew the area and the market well. He was always just a phone call away when we had questions or concerns. If we were ever transferred back to Mississippi we would look him up immediately. I found him very honest and eager to please.

Mrs. Gutierrez is knowledgable, resourceful, & professional. We told Mrs. Gutierrez the size house the amenities required and the area we preferred it to be. Within 24hrs we were contacted, she was on time and very informative about the area. That she couldn't answer she have us resources to find out independently. Mrs. Gutierrez also informed us of subdivision properties building new homes, recommended lenders who are trustworthy. We recommend her to any or all inquiring on buying or selling.

Philip responded within minutes of the initial phone message I left. He immediately apologized for not being able to take my initial call and explained he was in conversations with a client. Throughout my negotiations and subsequent purchase, he was accessible, responsive, thoroughly knowledgeable and kept me informed. I am definitely going to use Philip LeBlanc again and I recommend him highly.

PHILIP WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN HELPING MY SISTER AND I TO FIND THE HOME OF OUR DREAMS. HE MADE THE WHOLE PROCESS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST US IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE HOME SEARCH AND WAS VERY HELPFUL AT THE CLOSING.

I have worked with a lot of realtors before and I have to say Phillip is the best! We feel like we made a new friend in our new town with Phillip.
