Martin came out for the initial inspection. The estimate was the least expensive of the 3 HVAC installers that we had look at our system. Due to the nature of our furnace, paying more was likely going to yield diminishing returns. Martin was a pleasure to work with and explained our options well. Jason and his team on installation day were tidy and friendly. Happy with the look of everything. We'll see how well everything works and holds up come Summer!

Dave Whispell is the guy to have come out and quote you on your HVAC project. In 2015 Columbia NW installed a tankless water heater, new furnace and new electric panel in our mid-century ranch-style home. We didn't have the money then to install central AC, but we made it happen this week and our home finally is nice a cool! We were in the middle of selling our condo in Hayden Island while living in NYC. We needed to install a mini split before closing. To add to the complexity, the condo association just got new exteriors done so the HVAC unit had to be installed a very specific way. After almost dying of heat exhaustion last summer while working from home (yes I'm being dramatic lol) I decided I was going to get central air. Joel Mares, was the technician who came to my house. He did an excellent job. Checked the heat pump then the furnace. Reset the thermostat properly. Joel gave me the discount, $40.00. Since I am on a fixed income, I was very pleased. I scheduled the visit through Home Depot, where I bought the furnace filter.

Mark came to our home to perform air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. He is a very detail-oriented, hard-working and professional technician. He was enjoyable to interact with as he provided plenty of information about the services he was providing. He did an excellent job and there was no mess left behind. Very clean. Also, considering the Covid situation that is plaguing us all, he put safety first. I would not hesitate to recommend Columbia NW Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone I know!!!

Our furnace went out at midnight last night. A call to Home Depot routed me to Columbia NW Heating, one of their local contractors. Drew came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part. We have heat! Thank you Drew.

I am very pleased, great experience. The furnace stopped and our regular furnace go-to company couldn't come out for more than a week. We tried to live for two days with space heaters. 1910 house, all single pane windows...yeah, nope. So I searched and ended up at Columbia NW Heating. The man who answered was very friendly and helpful, he put me on the schedule for the same day and kept me updated with texts. Really enjoying my new heating/cooling system. I had the option of converting to an all gas system which I did and love it. That was never brought up by the other companies I consulted with and also best quote!. The installers informed me of everything they were doing and the nicest guys! Dave Whispell really detailed the system for me. No surprises here, just great professional customer service.
