Dave Whispell (Project Mgr) and Ivan (installer) did a great job for me this Sept. 2025. They installed a full house Heat Pump system, along with all ducting to my new addition building, new gas lines and a new premium whole house tankless water heater system along with all the electrical and venting. Charles just completed the install of a new upstairs AC Unit which was required after our unit of 22 years failed. He did a very professional job and communicated the whole way on what he was doing and why and outlined the progress he was making. He finished on time, cleaned up and the unit is working perfectly. Great work!

During the installation process, Charles G and Brandon were incredibly professional, polite and timely. I was very impressed by both of them. During the sales process Dave was able to answer all of my questions regarding the system, the testing and alternative options well and was also incredibly responsive. You can tell that Anne always answers the phone with a smile and was very helpful and efficient getting things scheduled. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Columbia NW for years at 2 different properties. They are always professional and responsive. I use them for maintenance, gas fireplace repairs and I also had a furnace/ac unit that was fully replaced. They are prompt, they stand by their work and are reasonably priced. Over the last few years I have mainly worked with tech Josh for maintenance and repairs. Brian did an excellent job fixing my AC by quickly identifying and replacing a faulty part. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I truly appreciate his service. That said, I am very disappointed with Carrier as a company. The AC was only 3–4 years old, and I was shocked it failed so soon. On top of that, I had to pay $2,000 out of pocket for labor (even though the part was under warranty) because Carrier only covers labor for the first year after installation. This ex... read more
