RecommendedI have only good things to say about Computer Concepts in Yorktown. Good tech advice and great service from Alan and Brent! 👍I have purchased a laptop and gotten fast, thorough repair service for my iPad.
Recommendedthe team of technicians do a great job and are fast, clearly glad to help and knowing that you need your computer to be fixed quickly...so glad to have them nearby
RecommendedHad a charging issue with my 2018 MacBook Air. Took it in and they checked everything out and got it to charge although I know the battery is on its last legs. With three MacBooks they are my goto place if I need the computers looked at.
RecommendedI was very impressed. they explained everything they did to my computer. my bill was less than I expected. very patient with questions I had. i highly recommend them. they were recommended to me by my bank.
RecommendedI recently took my laptop to Computer Concepts. I’ll openly admit, I fully expected to get the 3rd degree over how simple my problem was. My experience was very much the opposite. The gentleman who assisted me, showed me that my problem had to do with how I had originally set it up, and that it was a common mistake. I experienced nothing but professionalism paired with most affordable pricing.
Recommendedexcellent service and quick turn around time.
RecommendedComputer Concepts built my first desktop 10 years ago, and just built my second one. Cant recommend them enough. They happily answer questions when I have them, and do an annual “health” checkup on my system. Professional. Polite. Proficient.
RecommendedVery knowledgeable staff, willing to answer your questions and advise you as to what you need. They do not oversell, and can explain computer questions in a way that you can understand!
RecommendedThey know what they are doing and don't try to sell you what you don't need. You can trust them, and that is important!
