Jason has helped me the last two times I came in. I didn’t have an appointment but he stopped what he was doing and looked at my computer and fixed it in minutes. I appreciate it more than you know. He is an amazing person who will go out of his way to help you.
Great place to go if you need any second hand tools. I needed a used monitor and they helped with a good price. The second I bought I had to return because button was stuck to turn on and off and they had no problem returning it no questions asked
Staff members were friendly and efficient. Replaced my laptop screen and camera in a short period of time. Also love the showroom.
They did a great job, fixed the problem, and all for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be giving them my business from now on when the need arrives!

I have been a customer of Computer Concepts Yorktown for many years. I have had great success using Brent to keep several Windows computers working. When the hard drive on my laptop was showing signs of imminent failure I knew it was time for a complete upgrade. Brent did a superb job of moving many years of business files to the new computer. He was also able to find and move some hidden Outlook files that were irreplaceable. I will continue to take all my computer business to Computer Concepts. Thank you.

The personnel that I talked to we very nice. I was called and told what had to be done and was told when it would be ready. I had my laptop back in 2 days. I was very please with my visit.
