I took my computer in to have a problem diagnosed and to also update it. I’m not the most computer literate customer , but Alan didn’t make me feel that way. The service was good and fast
My phone battery is fixed and the service was good.
The whole team was terrific and friendly from start to finish. Our laptop froze and would not reboot after trying multiple strategies. It turned out that the hard drive was shot. Alan spent time with us explaining the issue and asking for information that would help him retrieve our files. We were very anxious, but Alan remained positive.
