All my experience with this firm was very professional, courteous, informative. The intake individual was awesome.
Friendly and good service.
I needed a glass protector for my new iPhone XR. I think the cost was just $39 and Alan , the tech I bought it from, applied the glass for me. I was thankful for that. If the glass is damaged, Alan said a new screen is just $15 installed. I think the glass brand is CORe glass.I bought a new iPhone case as well. Mous is the brand. Dorky name, but it is a really nice clear case.
I bought a new top of the line Macbook Pros that has USB C ports so I had to buy a bunch new connectors to take the place of older USB, display port, and SD card reader. It’s the only bad thing about the new Macs. However, Computer Concepts has a new brand of quality Apple Certified connectors that match all the connectors I needed by Moshi. I was surprised to learn that the Moshi cost less than the Apple products. I was a happy camper after that.
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The tech that worked with me didn’t mess around. He ran diagnostic tests and found out what was really wrong with the device. The cost of the fix was reasonable. I’ll be back if I need more help.

Great place to do business with. Alan was real helpful with my computer problem. Turned out great and even sold me on another IMac with new features. Thanks again for your service. Will pass the word on.
