These guys were AMAZING!!!! They were able to diagnose my Laptop within seconds of me bringing it to them. They were very professional, courteous and kind. They took the time to explain the process of repair to me several times when I had questions. They ordered the necessary parts and by the next day The Laptop was up and running again! They got my old Mac running like new. Brent explained everything to me and took his time to make sure I understood. They had it ready lightning-fast, too. I wouldn’t take my computer anywhere else.
Ran into an issue with my Iphone in which Apple Care was not going to cover. They were able to contact Apple Care, straighten out the issue and able to get the repair covered. From the front desk to the owner they were awesome. If anyone has any Apple repair issues I would put them first on your list. An awesome experience and highly recommend!!!
I am very satisfied with my experience at this business and their customer service. I even had an issue arise that was not their fault however they fixed it for me without any questions and no extra charge. I highly recommend.

Computer Concepts is the best. Way better than a trip to the Apple Genius Bar because Computer Concepts knows your Mac better than the Apple Geniuses and you don't have to wait in a long line
We are an older couple and not very computer literate. Computer Concepts first cleaned up my iPad and got it working well. A few months later, our very old Dell laptop died and we went to Computer Concepts and ended up buying a refurbished Lenovo laptop from them. The learning curve has been steep, and we have returned several times with questions. The Yorktown store manager, Alan Healy, has been patient and helpful. If he talks too fast, just say slow down.
