My daughter was about to submit a multipage business plan for her class when her Mac computer screen went completely blank. With only hours before the deadline - a friend recommended Computer Concepts. Owner, Alan Healy personally waited on me. I told him my daughter’s dilemma and the sense of urgency. Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. They have made repairs on my Mac, replaced the hard drive and I recently rented some "tech time" to get some questions answered about my Mac. Well worth it!

We have had great experiences with Computer Concepts over the years and highly recommended them! Most recently, Brent was very helpful with answering all my questions and performing upgrades to our older Mac desktop. He was patient with someone lacking techie prowess, performed the work flawlessly, and at a reasonable cost. Purchased a new iPad at the same time. We like to support smaller local companies, particularly ones that give such wonderful service.
