RecommendedI was having problems with my iPhone battery so I took it to this location since they were an authorized Apple service agents. When I took my phone in they ran test and it showed that my battery and Face ID sensor were faulty. Computer Concepts was absolutely amazing to work with! Jeremy, Brent and the crew at the Yorktown Location were so awesome to work with. I ordered a $2000 Pre-Built PC from CyberPower and it was having issues from the day that I got. After about 3 months it was unusable. After a quick diagnosis, they jumped right on it and ordered the parts and got this baby running better than it did out of the box! I spent hours on the phone trying to find tech people who could help me with a computer problem. No help at all. Computer Concepts told me to bring my computer in right away at it was fixed that same day! So grateful!

Made the appointment and the service was excellent and professional. My repair was explained from beginning to end. Didn't take a long time and us still working great. Definitely recommended for iPhone repairs.
My husband had an appointment to replace the cracked screen of his iPhone 13 Max Pro. Upon arriving, an employee inspected his phone & discovered the crack was only on the screen protector and didn’t actually damage the screen at all. We sincerely appreciated their honesty.
