RecommendedI was very stressed and woke up to my MacBook Pro frozen during an update. I called on my way there and was reassured my laptop could be fixed. You can pay an extra fee if its an emergency to get it fixed. I had my computer back in 3 hours and was given advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again! First time customer and I am happy with their services.
