Sarah chacon is the best landlord I have had in long time she is very helpful and is on top of all the paper work I needed to get done to move into our new home thank you so much for all you do!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is the best!!!!!!:)
My husband and I moved into Woodland Cove as newly weds and have absolutely loved our little community. The property is beautiful and well kept and the neighbors are quiet and courteous. Sarah Chacon has been an AMAZING property manager! She is always very quick to respond and takes the time to follow up to make sure any requests have been taken care of properly. Sarah has been a gem to work since the start! She is genuine in her desire to ensure all our needs were met in a timely manner. She is quick to respond and is so easy to speak with. We absolutely LOVE our new place and are so thankful to Sarah for the opportunity to live here!

Sarah is amazing! We truly enjoyed living here for the past 5 years. Whenever we needed something fixed, repaired or replaced it was done quickly. Also, Mike the maintenance man was fantastic! Very friendly, personable and professional. I would reccomend my apartment complex to anyone needing a great place to live.
I can actually say the property manager Sarah is sooo amazing, and caring. I submitted a maintenance call for what I though was mold. It seemed as soon as I pressed send, she called to get more information and promised that that maintenance guy Mike would be by in the AM. A little annoyed, but I waited. 8 AM on the dot the next morning Mike was at my house to take care of the issue.
