I honestly had a great experience living in a little complex managed by these guys. I had a few maintenance issues being that it was an old building and remodeled unit but my concerns were always addressed and fixed the very next day. Even on the very same day A couple of times. I liked their app and how easy it was to manage things like payments and maintenance requests. I am writing this post on behalf of my grandma, Kathie, who lives in the Twin Trees Townhomes. She has been living there since 2009 and has always had a pleasant experience. However, I am blown away by the events that occured last week. Her property manager, Sarah Chacon, called her over this past weekend to express her concern and see if she needed any supplies due to the outbreak of the coronavirus. Sarah is our property manager and was so great to work with. The day of the earthquake she came over to make sure our family was ok. Amazing property manager. We just love how easy she is to talk to.
Sarah is our property manager and she's AMAZING! She's super responsive (within the hour) if you have any questions or problems. She was able to coordinate getting new flooring through our unit with ease. She makes everything around here flow. Thanks again Sarah for all that you do!
Sarah is our landlord and she is an amazing lady to work with. I could not ask for a better property manager. She makes sure that all her tenants are comfortable in their own home. She is amazing to work with when it comes to any maintenance request or any issues you may have. Sarah goes above and beyond for all her tenants and will personally get involved if needed to.
My husband and I moved into maple meadow apartments and we LOVED it. Sarah was always so easy to work with and got back to my messages very quick! She is super nice and in my opinion one of the best to rent from. The maintenance was always really fast too which I loved.
I just had a maintenance issue at the property I live in (Second Avenue Apartments), and ANGEL AQUINO (Property Manager) and his team were QUICK TO REPLY and take care of a CO2 detector-related issue that needed to be checked. Besides being so prompt to take care of my request, they replaced it with a brand new one and the problem was solved that quick. Lived at maple meadows for 2 1/2 yrs and had a wonderful experience. When it was time after we had moved out to find a new place again we instantly came back and was welcomed with friendly arms. Sarah the property manager was quick and made it painless and got us back into a townhome within a few days! Thanks for all you do!
