Great Experience I have used Cool Air now for 10 years to service my current condo in Pompano beach. I find all the technicians to be very knowledgeable and great to work with. This current experience was no exception to that.
Highly recommend! From The Beginning to the end, I feel very comfortable with this company. Adam was extremely professional and helpful. The technicians were fantastic. And so respectful for my house. They encounter a little problem with the wires and they went beyond their normal work to make sure everything will work perfect. A/C Repair My heat and A/C were not functioning this morning. I called Cool Air USA, a company I had never used, around 9:45 and was told someone would be at my residence between 11:00 and 2:00 today. A tech actually appeared before 11:00 and set to work diagnosing the problem. He worked until after 2:00 and resolved the issues. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality and efficiency shown. Will be sure to use their services in the future.

Best HVAC Services Company! Cool Air USA is the best HVAC company because they deliver top quality services at reasonable prices. All of their staff is professional. The technician, Mike D, was amazing - a true expert. He created a return box with wood and cleaned the coils both of which required deinstall and reinstall of my AC. He brought all the necessary materials and was super efficient in performing the work. I would recommend this company as HVAC experts.
Very clear description of problem Leo was very helpful, giving us an understandable assessment about what was happening with our system, and trying to reach our management company to gain access to the condenser on the roof. They didn’t respond, but his effort, and that of his coworkers in the office, were greatly appreciated.
