Very Professional From the time we encountered the manager Adam he was very helpful. Adam answered all questions not rushing or trying to up sale. He was very honest. I had a leak in the evaporator coils. So it to be replaced Adam talk us through the process and our options. From the time we agreed and placed the order he said next day between 9am and 2pm someone will be here. The technician showed up around 8:30. He came explained what he was going to do. Rheem Heat pump installation Our new Rheem heat pump installation was great. Both Leonardo and Javier did a fantastic job. Preparation for the new install looked good. I would highly recommend cool Air USA to anyone looking to have a professional installation for their AC unit replacement. Their pricing was competitive to other AC companies. what stood out was the way the questions were answered by Julian and Avi. they provided the answers to questions about qualifications of the new units for rebates and tax incentives.
