Re 1.5 ton home AC unit. Excellent customer service and professionalism with installers and administration. I had a small issue after installation, and it was remedied expeditiously. also got a follow up phone call “just to make sure everything was ok with the system”

I had my daughter and her husband and additional company visit me for the first time on Friday since COVID-19 and AC decided to act up, burned motor on a Friday, dealer closed until Monday. The tech, Johnny, did an amazing diagnosis, unclogged pipes, and let unit running for the weekend. Thanks to his recommendation and expertise the weekend was great, the house was cool for all my guests plus we had a wedding to attend and getting dressed in a cool home was great. One and half weeks ago, CoolAirUSA installed a Bosch air conditioning unit in a two bedroom condo. The gentlemen who came to do the job, Steve and Jeffrey were great. Very professional, polite and did an amazing job. They came on time and left everything spotless. Just wanted to write a quick review cool air USA installed a new AC unit in 2018 the service was excellent to my townhouse bin Doral . Today for the first time since 2018 my nest thermostat had an issues that needed a technician. I called them within 2 hrs they were already in my driveway ready to service my unit .
