Excellent and Kind Shaky start because the security gate in the community messed things up and at first would not let Cool Air in which was ridiculous. Sorry for that Your guy was great, kind and very nice to my 93 year old mother. Tell Adam that I appreciate his scheduling and the time he took to make sure all was right. Very Pleased Cool Air USA were competitive in pricing for a new air conditioning system. The work crew was on time and very courteous, not to mention they cleaned up after themselves! They also went the extra mile and closed out the permit with the city promptly after finishing the install! Highly recommend!
Best Services I have received A/C broke down around 10:15pm by 11:29pm A/C was working perfectly. Customer service was very helpful and quick on getting someone there to inspect the issue. Technician explain the problem provided me with different options and the issue resolved. Great Services
Great job and quick response. Dispatcher was great too Called about 7:00 a.m. this morning for my mother, who is 93 and I help with her home. Your staff was gracious and timely and understood due to her age and use of oxygen, she needed the AC fixed quickly. Minor matter but your team was the best. Kind, understanding and quick. Couldn't have asked for anything more. They were the best.
Top notch response and quality service We called Cool Air USA near midnight when returning from a trip to find our house near 90 degrees. They quickly were able to find a technician, Lior, who came out with 30 minutes. Lior diagnosed the AC problem and fixed the unit. In addition, he was very helpful in explaining the issues, and how to remedy them going forward. Lior was friendly and knowledgeable. He greatly exceeded our expectations so much that now we have found a new company to service our HVAC needs: Cool Air USA
Fixed AC Issues Shout out to Cool Air who stands behind their work. Not only is it their words but action that impresses us. Weekend AC issue. Technicians Dennis and Robert came on time. Were professional and courteous throughout the time spent here resolving our issue. They got us as a new customer today and we will be long term customers using them for all future AC needs.

Honest excellent service! I have been using Cool Air for a few years now, and they consistently provide me with honest quality of service every time! My last service on 9/27/2025 was done by Lior, I can't say enough about him, he is good at what he does and is a friendly professional!
