Professional Both Gentlemen and another arrived at job site promptly. They gave an explanation of what they were going to do and worked nonstop to get the work completed. Throughout the process they were prepared and showed professionalism and competence. On completion of the work they showed me the finished product and ran through the operation of the new unit. They left the job site meticulous and asked if I had any questions and assured me if l needed assistance that someone will be available.

Annual service on air conditioning systems at our home and the I-Flo system Excellent customer service from technician Jose as he did our annual service on our two air condition systems and checked out our I flo system… Jose installed the IFlo System this past year and it is remarkable how our air condition system is working so efficiently and keeping the home cool. We are always very pleased with Cool Air, USA and especially the workmanship of technician Jose.
