Technical Issue Resolution I had to call my AC company back because we had an issue with the Condensate. The technician who came was excellent and went over and above by checking out everything and thoroughly checking the condensate and making sure it was working properly. Cool Air USA have always given me good service and have made sure our unit operates properly but most of all have been very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone for Service, replacement Units and more.

Outstanding Performance! Cool Air USA earned FIVE Stars*** based on their initial response, work order, price and completion! Mitchell replaced my ductwork, strapping, refinished my drip pan, and sealed the duct all for a very reasonable price, & additionally cleaned up everything. He was so pleasant and efficient. From my initial call, to reviewing the estimate, to work completion, it took only four days! What a pleasure to work with Cool Air USA!
Fast and efficient repairs made. After the technician came to our house, he wore slippers over his work boots before crawling into the attic. He took photos, explained what was required, and contacted the office. We received an immediate estimate, which was fairly priced. We approved the work order, and the technician came back the next day with the materials and took photos after the work was completed. We are very pleased and recommend this company.
