The Manager is Professional and Responsive Excellent technicians, knowledgeable, on time, respectful of my property, and 24/7 service. I bought a beautiful Daikin unit, and it is so quiet and an extremely smart thermostat. There are no other smart thermostats like this. Thank you and the whole team.

Great Experience I have used Cool Air now for 10 years to service my current condo in Pompano beach. I find all the technicians to be very knowledgeable and great to work with. This current experience was no exception to that.
Highly recommend! From The Beginning to the end, I feel very comfortable with this company. Adam was extremely professional and helpful. The technicians were fantastic. And so respectful for my house. They encounter a little problem with the wires and they went beyond their normal work to make sure everything will work perfect. A/C Repair My heat and A/C were not functioning this morning. I called Cool Air USA, a company I had never used, around 9:45 and was told someone would be at my residence between 11:00 and 2:00 today. A tech actually appeared before 11:00 and set to work diagnosing the problem. He worked until after 2:00 and resolved the issues. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality and efficiency shown. Will be sure to use their services in the future.
