First time using this company. Wayne came out to look at my A/C unit on 08/17/20 very professional, he did advise me I would need a new unit since the one I had was very old and now having issues with it, he didn’t tell me if it could be fixed he told me I’ll be spending more money just get a new one. He called Cool Air USA and got the ball rolling. Cool Air USA is an A/C company my family and I can always count on to get the job done. Lior B. was our A/C technician. He was very professional, he poses great communication skills, and he educated us during the repair process. Lior B. is the man. Our A/C unit is running better than ever.
