Prices are set up on their iPads so there is no question as to what the charge is for any services. I will continue to do business with this company including my yearly maintenance. Excellent Service!! Called at 4pm on a Friday that my A/C wasn't working and a tech ( Daniel) was at my house within 2 hrs. Daniel was very professional and wasted no time in replacing a part that went bad. We were very impressed with the prompt professional service. Thank you Cool Air USA!
