Rheem Heat pump installation Our new Rheem heat pump installation was great. Both Leonardo and Javier did a fantastic job. Preparation for the new install looked good. I would highly recommend cool Air USA to anyone looking to have a professional installation for their AC unit replacement. Their pricing was competitive to other AC companies. what stood out was the way the questions were answered by Julian and Avi. they provided the answers to questions about qualifications of the new units for rebates and tax incentives.

Very knowledgeable technician i had the same issue in the beginning of the year and called another company. the guy did something and it worked. but again had the same issue and called Cool Air USA. While the previous guy stayed many hours and did clear some pipes were the water was clean this technician quickly diagnosed the issue and flushed the condensation pipe. this fixed quickly the issue and i am going to do another repair with them

Fixed my A/C unit right away. Cool Air USA came over and fixed my A/C unit right away. Sanjae is a great technician. Very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Shows transparency by showing photos of the work done after.Great customer service all around. Great company. Definitely recommend Cool Air USA.

Excellent and Kind Shaky start because the security gate in the community messed things up and at first would not let Cool Air in which was ridiculous. Sorry for that Your guy was great, kind and very nice to my 93 year old mother. Tell Adam that I appreciate his scheduling and the time he took to make sure all was right. Tell him the next burrito is on me! Michael

Very Pleased Cool Air USA were competitive in pricing for a new air conditioning system. The work crew was on time and very courteous, not to mention they cleaned up after themselves! They also went the extra mile and closed out the permit with the city promptly after finishing the install! Highly recommend!

Best Services I have received A/C broke down around 10:15pm by 11:29pm A/C was working perfectly. Customer service was very helpful and quick on getting someone there to inspect the issue. Technician explain the problem provided me with different options and the issue resolved. Great Services

Great job and quick response. Dispatcher was great too Called about 7:00 a.m. this morning for my mother, who is 93 and I help with her home. Your staff was gracious and timely and understood due to her age and use of oxygen, she needed the AC fixed quickly. Minor matter but your team was the best. Kind, understanding and quick. Couldn't have asked for anything more. They were the best.
