Fantastic service. My air conditioning unit failed July 27th, 2025. Cool air USA came to my house that morning. Hours earlier than the appointed time. My 12-year-old unit needed replacing, I got a quote an estimate within the hour did the deal, and they installed today July 28th, 2025. The whole install and removal of my old system took right around 6 hours. I could not recommend them more

Outstanding service Came back from vacation to find my AC inoperable, called my usual vendor to discover they went out of business, began shopping for a new AC service. First to respond advised that all three units needed to be replaced, quoted an exorbitant sum. Began calling around for competitive quotes, found Cool Air Inc, they sent Anton Sokolov to assess situation. My experience… I experienced the dreaded AC breakdown. I reviewed options and decided to go with Cool Air USA. I spoke with Julian, the installation manager. I asked questions. He answered and explained options and I felt comfortable enough to proceed. I did run into a minor installation issue, but we were able to resolve it. Overall, the communication from the receptionist to the post installation check up call was pleasant. I’ll look forward for the maintenance check and post my feedback on that as well. Great company This is the second time I have used this company. They are very professional. They send out knowledgeable technicians who are patient and courteous . Prices are not cheap but they are fair.
