Hands down worst service! Will change prices midway through repairs, delay your repairs and then ignore you when you try to get updates! I am a month into repairs and they have not even gotten to the issue! Save yourself and go to a different Nissan because this place is terrible

I felt that they were not sincere. They trick you into thinking that you’re getting a good deal when you really aren’t.

First car I bought was a lemon and spent over 8 hours at dealership next day 2 more hours after engine light came on and didn't want to start follow week spent another 8 hours to a different car.

They do not value your time. I came in to pick up my car after purchasing and they made me wait 3 hours when I was only supposed to be “picking it up”. They said inspections and cleanings were supposed to be done the day I purchased the car and it wasn’t. Still had to come in the next day and wait 3 hours for that to be completed.
