Purchased a new Nissan Versa this week and did NOT come with keyless entry, everywhere I've read said keyless entry is a standard included option on all Versa models.

Bought a battery with 84 month warranty they had me wait 2hrs to tell the battery isn't bad or good they need 3 more hrs to test it again,the battery was only 36 months old

Steer clear of this dealership. They use deceptive tactics. Made a deal for 36 months-they changed lease to read 18 months. Luckily I read all the fine print before I sign anything.

The sales rep Jose Diaz was pushy and could not speak English properly. If it were not for the manager Andriel I would have left.

Had an appointment for an oil change but they could not do the service because their system was down. Spoke to Ruddy who said he would call me back once the system came back up. Still no call from him but did receive a call about coming in to trade my car in. Told her I was waiting for a call back but she said they are very busy. Poor customer service.

It took me. 10 hours for an oil.change, and additional check/.estimates today. I don't know what to.think, but this baiting pencil is soo creative.

Pre-owned car was not properly serviced before being sold. Once car was sold, ever excuse was the car was pre owned, as is

They allegedly rotated my tires but not check the pressure. Poor job at maintenance check

Our final salesperson was great Wally but the whole experience was poor, to say the least. After negotiating a deal with the internet salesmanager and confirming before I left on a nearly 5 hour drive. It was failure walking through the door. The saleman I had been talking to was not around. I was given a guy whos was on his first day. I was supposed to be able to walk in pick one of two cars and walk out in an hour so I could pick up my kid from practice. Not even close.
