Everything was wonderful. I have no complaints!
Install America provided many promises of top quality windows and exemplary workmanship. Instead, Install America put multiple holes in my walls (2 larger holes over 3 inches and 14+ chips). In addition, there were multiple areas of incomplete caulking, many many chips and scratches in the actual window frames, and the house was left a complete mess. They took my money, have not returned my calls and no work has been done.
They took my money, have not returned my calls and no work has been done.
The windows were installed by someone they contracted. He was awful!! He had no clue what he was doing. Eric sent out a new crew to redo the installation all over. Tommy knew what he was doing & did a great job, however he wasn't ever on time, was hard to reach & made the job longer than it needed to be. After the initial install we had repairmen come out 4 additional times due to problems. I would not hire them again.

We have used install america twice in the past. Both times the install crews they used did good work and were courteous. (So they hire good crews.) Both jobs in the past had minor customer service issues similar to what I listed below. We tried to schedule another quote for a new job we want done. They are very persistent when scheduling to make sure that you call them if for any reason you cant keep your appointment for the quote. Our scheduled quote time was 10:00 am.
