phone calls were not returned and it took much longer than needed to get windows installed, although windows do look great, i wouldd not recommend this company to anyone due to the wait and frustration that went along with getting them

The windows look great but my house was left a disaster. Nails everywhere and old moldings in the yard.

the sub contractors were great they did a great job very nice men took their time made sure i was happy in every thing they did. but as far as install america , i would never use them again they don't work with the people that hire them. very slow with paper work will not answer phone calls. just poor relations. but i would use their subs anyday.

Install America gave the best price of 3 contractors. Their windows appear to perform well. However, the unusual profile makes them look out of place. This was a new installation. The workmen appeared to be inexperienced. They cut a hole "to size" and had to force the windows to fit. They didn't bring the correct trim so decided to install it incorrectly.
