Workers forgot to apply caulking to the outside of windows, I asked them to do it and they did. One of 4 windows was defective from the factory and one of the screens were defective. If I was not looking over their shoulder I do not think the issues would have got corrected. Took them 5 hrs for 4 windows.

This was a shower install which started in Aug 2018, settled in Apr 2019 with an unfinished job and damage to my floor. They gave me a small settlement to provide moldings to hide a part of the damage. Did not offer and compensation for the correct items that were not installed. Very difficult people.

5-7-19 I thought because previous door and gutter replacements went really well, using IA for a new roof would also. Wrong! I was willing to accept the many partial work days, worker no shows and miscommunications because of the weather, but the lack of respect by leaving all this debris behind is just not acceptable. I am done calling Jay, Installation manager, and hearing each time --I apologize, give me two days to send someone out. My next door neighbor got tired of looking at it-- and moved most of it to the skid that w... read more

My husband and I hired Install America to replace an aging roof on our house. The old roof did not leak, we had no problems with it. We knew we were going to put our house up for sale within the next two years and wanted a new roof for a selling aspect. Friday 4/20/18 was the scheduled date to start the new install.
