I had the opportunity to purchase a diamond tennis bracelet and earrings during their annual holiday trunk show at their Tysons Corner location. Besides excellent wine and appetizers, I found their staff to be very knowledgeable as well as friendly and not pushy. The prices were very reasonable and the service exceptional.
I'm so glad we chose Mervis. Bianca helped us select an engagement ring, and Lauren helped us choose our wedding bands. Both experiences were amazing! They were knowledgeable and professional, as expected, but also incredibly warm and thoughtful. They took the time to help us find the perfect rings and we're so pleased. No matter how much research you do, it's entirely too easy to become overwhelmed by the ring buying process. Mika has been absolutely wonderful since day 1. She helped me with resetting my stone (after I knocked it on a door and it was just slightly wiggly a couple of weeks after becoming engaged), and was incredibly kind, even though I felt really silly about my accident. Mervis has a great in-store selection of stones and rings that allowed me build the perfect ring for my fiance. Prices here are fair and competitive with excellent financing options. I lost my engagement ring and went to Mervis to get my replacement! I meet with Mika Smith-Jones. She was wonderful and confident that I would find a diamond I would love. I started my search before the COVID 19 quarantine. Once I found the right diamond and setting Mika took it from there. Once everything was perfect they were able to mail me the ring overnight to avoid any exposure to the Coronavirus! Great service. I couldn't wait to get it and I'm so happy with it!
I got my fiancée a gorgeous ring that she loves and it was comparable in price to other places I looked and of really high quality. Sara helped me through the whole process and made my life so easy. She's very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Additionally, she is a good communicator and very accommodating. We got the ring resized and that process went smoothly. Overall it was a really easy and pleasant experience and we can't wait to shop for our wedding bands at Mervis!
