I searched everywhere to find a ring that wasnt a "cookie-cutter" style of ring and I was very frustrated that I couldnt find THE RING. After explaining to a friend how I just hadn't found the right ring or come across a sales associate that seemed to care the least about my preference's, he told me about his experience at Mervis and their staff. I owe my friend a lot for pointing me toward Mervis and mentioning Arnie, but I owe Arnie even more now. My fiancee purchased my ring last week and proposed last night...the ring is beautiful and I am so happy! He said he had an amazing experience here and will be writing a review as well. My review is only of the diamond, which is amazing. Square radiant diamond with a white gold band. He seems to know a lot about diamonds now so the sales staff must have done a good job educating him :-) Thank you for this wonderful ring from a very happy bride-to-be!!!

I arrived there initially without an appointment in late January 2011, after I'd been shopping online and in other local jewelers for an engagement ring. I was at Mervis twice this past weekend in search of the best price and quality engagement ring for my future fiance (fingers crossed). Both times I worked with the very pleasant Sara Tosyali. I would highly recommend working with her and Mervis. Not only did I work with Sara in the store, but she was very responsive through email as well when I had additional questions. My future husband and I made an appointment with Mervis a few weeks ago and Becky helped us out. Her service was great. She spent over and hour with us to make sure I found what I liked (I'm a picky woman). At the end of the appointment, she hit the nail on the head with a gorgeous wedding set that I LOOOVVVE. I even went back two weeks later just to try it on again. My FH said he loved the fact that there was no pressure or harassing about purchasing and she was very willing to work with his budget.

Mervis Diamonds is an excellent establishment and business to work with. In February and March of 2011 the store sponsored a trip through ESPN 980 to South Africa. The trip was a 10-day vacation, and everything about it was spectacular. We stayed in 2 5-Star hotels. The first was the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town, which is a Leading Hotel of the World, and everything about the hotel was beautiful. There is no way to accurately express my gratitude for the help, service and kindness shown to me by Megan Hanson, Tina Clarey, and Mr. Ronnie Mervis. I can't imagine ever buying jewelry again from anyone but them. I lost my wedding ring and my insurance company referred me to Mervis Diamonds in hopes of finding another ring. I got engaged recently and not knowing anything about rings I tried out out a handful of different stores. Mervis' service was head and sholders above the attention and knowledge that I got from other companies. I didn't want the lucky lady to know so I tired to squeeze some information out of her and I was able to find out she like Princess cut (square shaped).
