This family owned and operated company has a fantastic "customer oriented" sales team which reflects the owners policy of total client satisfaction and value. My fiancé and I found Mika at Mervis Diamond via Yelp and after reading all of the reviews decided to give them a try. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Mika was patient and never pressured us. She worked within our budget and they made our experience fabulous. Don't look anywhere else! Truly you will not be disappointed!

Awful experience! PEOPLE OF COLOR STAY AWAY!!! LGBTQ COMMUNITY STAY AWAY!! The manager named Maria is the rudest most awful person I have ever met in the sales business. I was referred here by a colleague who recently purchased from their Rockville location. Had a great experience with Mervis and definitely wanted to share. I went ring shopping in February/March, proposed in April and got married a year later in July. Maria from the Rockville/DC stores helped me/us from the engagement ring to the wedding bands. Her expertise, enthusiasm and communication was on point the entire time. Worst experience ever! We came originally from hearing positive reviews of other locations but were unfortunately greeted by manager Maria Kamali was so rude and condescending to me and my partner! I shouldn't have been surprised when we walked in she was yelling at the very kind front desk girl. Maria Kamali was frustrated that I didn't know exactly what type of ring I wanted and was yelling at us whenever we asked a question about stone size, styles, and the band.
