Went here today with my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) without an appointment. As a walk-in towards the end of the day, we had no expectations whatsoever to do anything more than browse. Always a great experience. The staff treats everyone equally and respectfully. Me and my fiancée came back for our wedding bands. As a masculine of center woman in the LGBTQ+ they did not bat an eye when I requested a masculine band. That is the type of service I expect from all businesses.
Had a great experience buying my first diamonds here. Kris was very knowledgeable, personable and honest, I cannot recommend him enough. I got a beautiful pair of earrings for my girlfriend. My first stop will be to Mervis for my next diamond purchase!

Maria did an outstanding job helping me to select the perfect ring. I love being able to go to the private area and look at all the shapes of diamonds and actually pick the perfect diamond.
