I made an appointment for Mervis and arrived a few minutes early, as an professional or business minded person would. The sales associates were busy so I browsed until my scheduled time. My appointment time came and left, and I still had not been helped. What a great shopping experience this was! My husband and I walked in, no appointment, which thankfully wasn't an issue as we were helped by Elizabeth. They do specialize in engagement rings but we were interested in diamond earrings. Elizabeth asked a number of questions and ultimately we began reviewing diamonds that she suggested. Went here today with my girlfriend (soon to be fiancé) without an appointment. As a walk-in towards the end of the day, we had no expectations whatsoever to do anything more than browse. Always a great experience. The staff treats everyone equally and respectfully. Me and my fiancée came back for our wedding bands. As a masculine of center woman in the LGBTQ+ they did not bat an eye when I requested a masculine band. That is the type of service I expect from all businesses.
Had a great experience buying my first diamonds here. Kris was very knowledgeable, personable and honest, I cannot recommend him enough. I got a beautiful pair of earrings for my girlfriend. My first stop will be to Mervis for my next diamond purchase!

Maria did an outstanding job helping me to select the perfect ring. I love being able to go to the private area and look at all the shapes of diamonds and actually pick the perfect diamond.
