My husband purchased my engagement ring from Mervis in DC 20 years ago. Our experience last month trading up was seamless and hassle free. Maria was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable without being pushy. She was fantastic and was able to have my new ring ready in just a few days in time for our anniversary. All in all, a great experience!!

Maria did an outstanding job helping me to select the perfect ring. I love being able to go to the private area and look at all the shapes of diamonds and actually pick the perfect diamond. Mervis made the experience of buying a gift for my wife simple and easy. We were comforted when we saw that the store was set up to be COVID-19 safe - everyone was masked and socially distanced, hand sanitizer everywhere. We were the only customers in the store for our appointment. We had a concept of what we wanted and were helped by Fazken Krikorian. Maria reached out to me after I filled out the inquiry online. Was seeking to put together an engagement ring with a fancier cut diamond. All I knew going in was the cut of the diamond I was seeking, the style of the band, and budget. She had the options ready to go for when I arrived. Didn't try to push me beyond my budget. Very low-pressure atmosphere. Definitely won me over and look forward to working with her for the wedding rings.
