Bought my engagement ring (.76 carat princess cut) set in a diamond channel platinum setting in 1998. Received a GIA report with diamond stating it is a perfect square, no pits or gouges and SI1. Six years later (2004) the corner prong cracked off. I went back to Mervis to have the mount repaired (total cost $350.00). I have to say this was a totally different jewelry purchase I have ever experienced and Mervis sets the bar very high. This is not a jewelry store in the mall or one that says high end and has so many cases and choices it's overwhelming. Had a great experience getting wedding bands and an engagement ring here. Mika was wonderful-- she really listened to what we wanted, brought out a great range of options, and didn't try to steer us one way or the other. If you get her, you'll be in good hands
This place is the biggest excuse for a business I've ever seen in my life and I'm what my grandkids call an old man! I was helped (if that is the appropriate word) by a middle aged woman named Amber. Saved me big time when I needed a new diamond in an earring. Great and quick service before my mom ever noticed what had happened, thank you guys! :) In case you're wondering, I'd borrowed my mom's diamond earrings for an event at work, and when I got home, a small diamond was missing, I of course told my mom about it, but still wanted to replace it before returning them to her.

Poor communication after purchase, lack of competitive diamond pricing/ setting the diamond, & inconsistency among sales associates with statements/ limitations on engraving. Rahul Vohra is the absolute best!! My husband and I were so happy and pleased with him while ordering my engagement ring and my husband's wedding band.
