We called Mervis while sitting in their parking lot. Due to the Covid-19 every jeweler we had looked at was appointment only. We took a chanced and called Mervis. We were greeted on the phone by the most pleasant and welcoming person Robert Brenner. He assured us he had time for us and to please "Come on in". The experience with Maria at Mervis was very special. Maria went the extra mile to make her customer happy. I highly suggest to stop by and see Maria if you are shopping for diamond jewelry. I do not understand the negative review that refers to Mervis as LGBQ unfriendly. This is farthest from the truth. I can attest that my partner and my experience was nothing but impeccable.

Robert was so incredibly helpful during our search for the perfect engagement ring. I had the opportunity to purchase a diamond tennis bracelet and earrings during their annual holiday trunk show at their Tysons Corner location. Besides excellent wine and appetizers, I found their staff to be very knowledgeable as well as friendly and not pushy. The prices were very reasonable and the service exceptional.
I'm so glad we chose Mervis. Bianca helped us select an engagement ring, and Lauren helped us choose our wedding bands. Both experiences were amazing! They were knowledgeable and professional, as expected, but also incredibly warm and thoughtful. They took the time to help us find the perfect rings and we're so pleased. No matter how much research you do, it's entirely too easy to become overwhelmed by the ring buying process. Mika has been absolutely wonderful since day 1. She helped me with resetting my stone (after I knocked it on a door and it was just slightly wiggly a couple of weeks after becoming engaged), and was incredibly kind, even though I felt really silly about my accident.
