Had some issues with the permit, but it was solved quickly and the roof was done very fast, they crew cleaned up right after and we absolutely love the roof. Thank you to **** for keeping me updated as soon as possible and working with us to get this taken care of as quickly as possible! Erie home did a great job! From sales, install manager, and the crew. They did an amazing job during a time that was not so great for other's. I love the roof. I love the color, and love how it makes my house pop! I also appreciate the Erie home stands by their word, to make sure I was 100% satisfied before I hand to pay. The product is excellent! The Erie Home representative who came to our home was very courteous. He actually climbed onto our roof and took pictures of the condition it was in. Representative also checked out attic and again took pictures of the area. He had a handheld unit that recorded the temperature of the attic. He explained the current roof was not installed correctly and what would be done by their crew to provide correct installation.
