Erie Home Roofing has been so great with communications. I have several direct phone numbers to Erie representatives and I can call them with any issue as they take the time to answer questions or look into any issues.
The inspector and presenter was knowledgeable and clear. The materials were top notch. The labor crew was timely and worked together well. The prep and clean up was thorough. The crew made sure I was happy with the progress. From what I could tell, the repairs and re-roofing is excellent. I can tell a significant improvement in the attic temps and venting. The lack of a five star rating is the result of the high price, and lack of English speaker when signing completion documents.
