They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as being kind and considerate. I was impressed with the thorough inspection ***** did and showed me photos of all the areas in question. I thought I could wait a year but was advised not to go through another winter as there were several boards that needed replacing. The crew came early and were very considerate of my flowers and covered a lot to protect my property. The young men were very professional and friendly and did not throw debris on my yard, but carried it all to the dumpster in the driveway. Erie Home workers did a good job waterproofing my basement. They were on time each day and I highly recommend them for their work to other home owners. Im happy with the results. There were, however some unexpected additional expenses that I had to cover that I had not anticipated.
They came out and went on top of the roof and check it out. Then they came inside and check to see if we had any leaks. After all that inspection they went over all the details that were found and explain what would be the best to do. They went over all the different types of roofing and explain the different advantage that each one has. We choose the fiberglass roofing. The workers came out and did the roof in one day. I love my new roof. It is beautiful! Erie was very professional. All my questions or request were addressed. The whole process was very easy and I had a new roof within a week of ordering.
Everyone we worked with were very helpful and professional. The clean up was excellent. You couldnt tell anyone had been there to do anything.
***** did the estimate. He was very thorough and explained any problems he found with the old roof and showed me pictures. He's very friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had about the metal shingles. His pitch made sense. If I went the cheap route and just replaced with regular shingles, I'd have to get them replaced again every 10-15 yrs. Wonderful polite crew!! Very professional and not a mess left behind. Would hire then again for sure!! Worth the money for the look and lots of compliments from the neighbors.
We reached out to **** for an estimate on our roof. Once they came out the process from estimate to install was impeccable! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roof done! They were very quick, used high-end materials custom made for our roof, and was in and out leaving the property just the way they found it (except the beautiful new roof!)
