The product was delivered as promised on Wednesday. The crew showed up early on Thursday morning. They immediately started stripping the entire roof down to the plywood, replacing the wood wherever it was needed. There was a problem with the facia board, it was the incorrect size. We advised the ******* of the problem; he made a quick call and advised us he was going to pick up the correct size. The facia was replaced, and the conduit was put back up. Crew did a great job with new roof and clean up.
Erie Home salesmen came to our home upon our request and explained the quality of their roofing materials compared to others. We feel the quality of roofing was what we wanted even though it was pricey. The roofers were excellent. Cleanup was not so great. Loan ******* that we signed up with were hard to talk with. Very broken English and I had to be passed on to other people to answer question as to why they were calling us as we paid the loan off the day after work was done.( they called us numerous times to call them) I w... read more
The company was great. The sales people were friendly and answered all of my questions. The roof looks great. The installers were efficient ad did a good job. They cleaned up the jobs site and I could not find anything left over.

Erie Home has an exceptional product and installation crew that were exceptional friendly and explaining the process as they did the process. It did take them 3 days to complete our complicated 2 story many peak home with 5 small flat roofs. The presentation provided was exceptional and all questions they asked was impossible to only answer yes. Before you knew it you were signed up. Tried to cancel but the sales person would not let us. Very professional salespersons and they did everything very well (installment crew)
Great roofing company. They actually showed up an hour early to get started on the roof. They tore off the old tin roof, replaced rotten plywood, and laid the new roof in one day. And there was only 4 guys doing the work. They knew what they were doing and got the job done. Cleaned everything up afterwards to include all the screws from the tin roof. Would recommend this company to anyone that needs a new roof done.
