The materials they installed are superior to any I had ever seen. The installers did an amazing job. They worked from sun-up to sunset in extreme heat. On two of the days there were sudden, powerful rain storms that lasted over an hour each. When they finished you couldn't tell they were ever here except for the beautiful new roof. There was no trash anywhere. They ran a magnet over the yard several times to find screws, staples and any other pieces of metal that were hidden in the grass. Cannot recommend highly enough. From the beginning presentation, our sales rep was with us throughout the process. There were some hiccups with the finance company (extra steps needed; Erie had no role in this), but they kept in contact as all was resolved. The construction team was top notch. Weather was the complication this time, but they kept coming back when they could to get the job completed ASAP without compromising quality. The work I would put at a 5 but the preparation we weren’t too happy with, the tarps they put down to collect the debris burnt some of our vegetation and they trampled some! I wish that they could’ve understood us with some of our issues but they couldn’t and the foreman wasn’t here all the time because he lived 2 1/2 hours away so that was frustrating because he was the one who could translate!
