Had a great experience with Erie. Everything was simple and quick. All I had to do was sign on the line, make the payments, and watch. The team was quick and efficient. Let’s hope I never have to use the warranty, but that is a huge reason for paying the Erie cost.

I had a fiberglass roof installed by Erie Home. The initial sales visit was great, no unnecessary pressure. The job was finished very quickly, most of it on day 1 with some cleanup and fittings done on day 2. The clean up was fairly good. The yard and gardens looked nice but they did not clean out the gutters so on the first rain all sorts of nails, shingle pieces and other detritus poured out the spouts into the yard. You need to watch the workers but the supervisor had them redo a section that was crooked. They cleaned up the work area very well. In and out in a day, down to the plywood. Protected the yard with sheets. The loan was handled well. It was sold shortly after, but being handled through the original company so have noticed no change.

The gentleman of Erie were nice & professional. They were respectful & tried to be as quiet as possible since I work from home & I didn't even ask them to do so. There were some issues with an electrical mishap that I had to get taken care of. I sent the bill to Erie & they said they will deduct that amount from the total bill. I would definitely refer Erie services.

We had our old roof of our house at * **** *** ****, ***** *****, ** replaced with a fiberglass roof by Erie Home who we had discovered via an ad on the internet. The project was explained in detail by 2 representatives - we went to contract, and the morning of October 25, 2025 a team of 6 young people arrived and worked diligently and competently from morning till evening, and replaced the old roof with the new one in one day! that included the removal of the debris and reinstallation of of our satellite dish We are complet... read more

Friend, professional staff.... Everything went smoothly from prep to cleanup... Good communication... The foreman contacted me periodically to explain what would be happening... The overall experience was very good and the roof looks beautiful!!!
