The physical installation went without a hitch. The project was completed in one day. Clean-up was what to be expected, maybe a few loose roofing nails discovered afterwards, but I am satisfied with the installation process. The project was installed as expected. As mentioned in other reviews, the initial sales-pitch was way beyond what was necessary. The sales personnel wasted most of my day selling me on what they proposed. Erie replaced our roof a few weeks ago and we are very pleased. They really worked to get us to a price point we could afford. The installation was done in a day and they cleaned up really good. Would recommend.

Higher priced than other local roofers but they use a higher quality material with a 30 year warranty. Ours was quoted as 100% covered for first 10 years and only a $125 service fee for years 20-30.
