High quality roof. Standing seam so no exposed fasteners for longer life. Costs a little more but worth the higher quality and longer life. Guarantee includes fasteners which are not included in most and standard fasteners only last 10 to 15 years. Fasteners on standing seam roofs are covered and protected from sunlight and weather allowing the to have a life expectancy of over 70 years.

Erie Home was great to work with. I find them on ******, after that it was fast and easy. ******* and **** were easy amd fun to work with. They listened to our wishes and had the experience to give the answers to our problems. Working around my work schedule was very helpful and kind of them.
