Erie Homes did a wonderful job. Such terrific people from their sales team (***, *** & ***** &** the roofers themselves. And everyone in between. I worked in the construction field and these people would have been some that would have worked for our company. I don’t have to worry about the roof failing this year. I’ve got a new roof now!! Beautifully installed. Cleaned up all the old debris that they took off the roof. Simply put a great bunch of people to work with. I recommend them all. Thank you Erie Homes

Everyone I dealt with was good to answer my concerns. Roof looks great quality materials and should last longer than a basic roof.

The old saying, "you pay for what you get". Well I built my home in 2017 with typical ****** 30 year architectural shingles with felt paper substrate. The shingles only lasted 9 years due to repeated hail storms and wind. I live in *******-hard on roofs. Our roof deck had water damage, rusted Chinese shingle nails, base shingle paper showing through shingles, a quarter size hole in roof, and hail pits in the shingles. High pressure salespeople, but if you can stand that sort of thing, you can negotiate a much better price than the initial quote, which was absurdly high. The stone/copper coated steel roofing material is really impressive. It is very solid and heavy and is made to withstand hurricanes in *******. It has a great look from the street and looks better than any other roof in my area. The ordering took a few weeks but the install was done in 3.5 days. Everything about getting my new roof went without a hitch. The field representative that came to give estimate came equipped with lots of sample products and pictures of before and afters. He was polite, professional and not pushy. He took pictures of my roof and the interior of my attic. Eye opening! I had no idea it was in such bad shape. He even played with my dog! We just got a new roof from Erie Home. Everyone in the company is so nice and helpful. They definitely back what they say. They cleaned up every day. They made sure that we were absolutely happy with the results. We absolutely are. We highly recommend Erie Home if you need a new roof.

From the sales visit to the finished install, the whole process was very comfortable and open. They answered all my questions. They explained the Erie products and process. They took me into my attic and showed me issues I was oblivious to and just how necessary a new roof actually was!The installers were impressively considerate of my property.
