I contacted Erie home because I was impressed by their advertisements and needed a new roof. Their front people came in and explained the entire process for their building a roof or rebuilding one as the case may be and was very careful to not oversell their product. The construction crew arrived at my home at 7 oclock just as they promised. They worked diligently in 110 to 115 heat index all day long. I was very impressed with Erie Homes from beginning to end. The salesman, ****, was very thorough. **** left his phone number with me. His boss called me to ask if I had any questions and left his phone number. Then the construction manager called me to see if I had any questions and left his number. Then the site manager called. **** did an all around good job. Everything was explained well and completed to our satisfaction. They were determined to get it done as fast and as safe as possible, which was appreciated. My only complaint was some of our things in the basement werent covered up the greatest, so there is a lot that is covered in dust. The walkway to the basement and stairs did have some mud and concrete on them.
