This journey started out with a pop up on Facebook. I checked the link and received a call the next day. Within a couple of days a guy came to the house and checked out the roof of my house. The guys came on to talk money and quoted me a price. I explained that I wanted to check out other options. The guy dropped the price some, asked me to write a comment about my experience. We are pleased with our overall experience with Erie Home from sales to final sign off. The salesman was very knowledgeable and not pushy. The installation crew was organized and efficient. The only perceived drawback was the language barrier. But their job manager who is English- speaking kept us informed during the process. He is also the person who inspected their work before we signed off. The only issue that was raised was the dislodging of the satellite dish which is on the side of our house. Erie Holmes was the best to serve my home I love my new roof
I got tired of having to periodically repair loose shingles after wind storms and my asphalt shingle roof is only eight years old. Thus, after a super cell significantly damaged my roof, I decided to replace the shingles with dimensional metal shingles from Erie Home. While definitely more expensive than a traditional roof, I feel it is a good long term investment since it looks great, it will increase resale value and comes with a 50 year transferable warranty. We love our new blue roof. The crew and the salesman were great - polite, informative, hard-working and efficient. It was a delight to hand out popsicles to the hot and thirsty and appreciative men on our roof. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and the clean-up was terrific. Highly recommend the product and the providers.
