I recently visited a resident for the holidays and had some questions for other family members that might need a community. The staff was amazing and I felt so at home at the community. The grounds are beautiful and the food is awesome!! I am definitely considering this community for my family members.

My family and I recently visited the community. We have friends in memory care. We are also researching for a not too distant future need for memory care for family members. We were really happy with the grounds and attention that the staff gives its residents, especially in memory care. The cottages were clean and bright, and the food was excellent! We even brought our dog. He had a wonderful visit with our friends. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Any questions I have are quickly answered. They help put together furniture and go beyond the call of duty. His has been super helpful in getting my family member the help that was needed.

I am actively researching communities for a loved one that has a dementia diagnosis. I have a friend whose parents are in memory care at the cottages at Palm Springs and recently visited them in November. Their memory care community is active and vibrant with many activities that promote memory retention. This was very important to me. The residents are active and well taken care of and they are in my top 2 choices. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a loved one.

My family and I are actively researching senior communities for my grandmother who was recently diagnosed with dementia. One of the communities that we have friends at is The Cottages at Palm springs. We were recently in the community for the holidays visiting and were really happy with what we saw. The staff and leadership team are actively engaged with all of the residents. They obviously spend a lot of time with them and are positively engaged. This left a very positive impression on me and my family.

The staff was wonderful and very caring. And when the time came they coordinated with hospice really well. I would recommend the Cottages for memory care and affordability.
It's very clean, there are no underlying bad smells, the residents all seem to be very clean and dressed nicely. I am not there for meals or any activities, so I can't say much about those.

I have had a wonderful experience at the cottages. At Palm Springs, my partner has had wonderful care. And the food is fabulous. I have joined a community that is welcoming and wonderful to be a part of They treat me like family. I would recommend this community highly

Most liked: Single rooms, cottages only have 10-12 residents each. Cute patio areas. Improve: Staffing, food quality and variety, and attention to residents
