Thank you [name removed], [name removed]and the rest of the staff for making a difficult transition go as smoothly as it could. Moving a loved one to memory care is emotional for both the patient and the family. Compassion on the part of the facility is so important and the staff here doesn't lack for that.

There is always someone available to talk with. I think the staff just need to make sure they go around to each room and help them to the activity. It's important for them to be led there as sometimes they are left behind in their room or say they don't want to go when in fact, they may just be scared to try something new

They need more structure for the employees. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others.

My wife is in memory care at Pacifica. Since moving there, she has adjusted and is part of the community. I appreciate the facility offering a small scale setting as well as a larger community. The caregivers and staff are so supportive and kind to both my wife and I. The grounds are a real plus since we walk daily. It’s a perfect fit for our situation.

My brother and I spent quite a bit of time visiting assisted-living places. Unfortunately, we had to place our mom in temporary respite care, before we had the opportunity to find Pacifica. Once we did, however, we quickly remedied the situation, and had mom lovingly transferred to Pacifica Senior Living. In their memory care to be specific. I visit Pacifica frequently and I am welcomed with such unique employees. Residents look happy and presentable. Food needs some improvement, I’ll be very honest. Med techs are great employees and housekeeping is on it. Overall I would rate Palm Springs five star and recommend to others seeking assisted living. It’s a feel good's spot. We couldn’t be happier with Pacifica Palm Springs. It does not feel like a stuffy convalescent type of home. The grounds are park like, the pods are one floor and the vibe is light and airy. The staff always have smiles on their faces has treat their community with kindness and respect. We don’t have enough good things to say. My mom stays active all day. Between exercise, games and outings she couldn’t be more happier.

Not just one, but two parents have now reached the sad point of being beyond our ability to care for them at home. An initial tour, very well executed by [name removed], offered up all the information we needed. From there, a bevy of other care-givers, RN's and meds specialists made a painful process much easier and gave me solace that things might be OK. So far so good. Saw quite a few places and Pacific was simply the best fit.
