The staff was wonderful and very caring. And when the time came they coordinated with hospice really well. I would recommend the Cottages for memory care and affordability.
It's very clean, there are no underlying bad smells, the residents all seem to be very clean and dressed nicely. I am not there for meals or any activities, so I can't say much about those.

I have had a wonderful experience at the cottages. At Palm Springs, my partner has had wonderful care. And the food is fabulous. I have joined a community that is welcoming and wonderful to be a part of They treat me like family. I would recommend this community highly

Most liked: Single rooms, cottages only have 10-12 residents each. Cute patio areas. Improve: Staffing, food quality and variety, and attention to residents

What stood out was the caring and empathy for my mom from everyone. It was very clean and well maintained.

Mom is very happy. She is very happy and so am I. Everything is good. I chose it partially because of the grass areas. Feels like a park.

I recently stopped in to visit a friend at Pacifica Senior Community in Palm Springs. Also, I am looking for senior living for a friend. The community is bright, friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this community to anyone who is thinking about a senior living community for a friend or loved one.

Found all staff members pleasant to deal with. Informative, encouraging and very supportive during a very emotional time having to place a loved one in their care. Facility is pleasant and surroundings inviting. Very neat and clean. Would highly recommend them.
