Found all staff members pleasant to deal with. Informative, encouraging and very supportive during a very emotional time having to place a loved one in their care. Facility is pleasant and surroundings inviting. Very neat and clean. Would highly recommend them.

There is always someone available to talk with. I think the staff just need to make sure they go around to each room and help them to the activity. It's important for them to be led there as sometimes they are left behind in their room or say they don't want to go when in fact, they may just be scared to try something new
