Mom is very happy. She is very happy and so am I. Everything is good. I chose it partially because of the grass areas. Feels like a park.

I recently stopped in to visit a friend at Pacifica Senior Community in Palm Springs. Also, I am looking for senior living for a friend. The community is bright, friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this community to anyone who is thinking about a senior living community for a friend or loved one.

Found all staff members pleasant to deal with. Informative, encouraging and very supportive during a very emotional time having to place a loved one in their care. Facility is pleasant and surroundings inviting. Very neat and clean. Would highly recommend them.

There is always someone available to talk with. I think the staff just need to make sure they go around to each room and help them to the activity. It's important for them to be led there as sometimes they are left behind in their room or say they don't want to go when in fact, they may just be scared to try something new

I had little time to find a place for mom. I looked online & found 2 places in her area. The 1st was a complete dump.We immediately said "NO WAY". We never found the 2nd place. I called A Place for Mom. The person on the phone was helpful & asked questions about what I was looking for. He texted me 2 in Palm Springs. I checked them online. The 1st was like a hotel, I wasn't interested. The second, Pacifica. was everything I wanted for mom.
