Dr. Widener has been my vet for 4-5 years now, and she is so amazing!!!! She always remembers both of my cats, and explains things super well and is always willing to explore different avenues of treatment. The staffing there is wonderful and it is clear they love their clients and their jobs!

We came to Countryside with our Mastiff mix, Butch, who was definitely dying and needed some grace. Our normal Vet could not get him in for a week, and he was really suffering. From the first call, we immediately knew we would be treated with compassion and Butch would be put at ease into his journey. Dr Lauren Ciminello and her assistant were very kind and gave us all the time we needed to be with him in his passing. We were very impressed with Countryside and will be back under more pleasant circumstances.
Countryside treats my dog soooo well! She can be a little testy about the vet but has never had an issue here. They won’t recommend excessive testing or surgeries that they don’t think will help and they are just overall the best place to take your fur babies!
Countryside is the best! Doctors, assistant’s, and office staff are top notch! They have been so kind, compassionate, and thorough. Our Bruce boy has high anxiety and they always accommodate his needs. They provide special accommodations knowing our boy stresses out easily and hates being crated. Also, if I call every 20 minutes to check up during tests or surgeries they update us without hesitation. Jen is especially sweet and takes time to know the pets and parents. Much appreciated. The entire staff at Countryside Animal Hospital are so helpful. . They have always understood my concerns with my dog and have made the effort to address those concerns immediately. They really care , and I appreciate their kindness in making my dog comfortable and reassuring me that he is getting the best attention.
Dr. Dunning and the entire staff are amazing! Caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. From well visit checkups to heart wrenching end of life decisions on our pets, we can’t imagine being in better hands.
