Thank you once again Yelpers for your solid star rating! You all were right once again. We recently relocated and my kitty was exhibiting litter box avoidance. I kept an eye on this until I noticed Simba had a swollen toe and pad so upon discovering what the actual problem was I called and was able to get a same day appointment. The absolute best vets and animal clinic I have ever taken my dog to, period. We rescued a dog that had many health issues (without realizing it) and Countryside Animal has been amazing in giving Waffle the absolute best care he needs (he had been to several vets before we found Countryside). First visit here with our two pups..they took excellent care and we're very knowledgeable. I loved that our vet got down to our pup's level to interact with her. They made our first vet visit with two pups very enjoyable and stress free

I chose Countryside as the vet for my new puppy based on yelp reviews and I'm really glad that I did! So far, they have walked me through all of the different vaccines and medications making sure I understand them all and can make my own decisions. I'm not into a vet who wants me to pump my puppy full of chemicals when they're not 100% needed. The staff is very friendly! I stopped by today to get a stray kitty checked for a chip and the girls at the front desk were so nice! I had never been into the office before and I was treated just like a long time client! Thank you so much!

I went to Countryside today because I saw how many 5 star reviews they have and now see why!! My cat Miss Puff developed a little cough so I took her in. They got me in quickly and I was already impressed with how friendly their staff was on the phone. They were even nicer when we arrived! Miss Puff wasn't too thrilled being there, but just about every staff member came by and gave her treats. The entire staff is incredible here! Our two puppies have been seen by them since the beginning and I can say that we've been blown away at the level of care they provide. From visits, to advice on training, and help over the phone, you feel like they care and are going the extra mile at all times for you and your pets! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They got my cat Gideon in that same day and the vet was informative and efficient. He got all his shots and they gave me a schedule for upcoming kittie shots that I was unaware of. I will be returning.

The techs and the doctors spent time getting to know my pets. They asked lots of questions and took time to listen to all my concerns. I have some overweight pets and Dr. Hoppe recommended many ways to slim them down. I appreciate the Paw Plans as I can get their needed vaccines, blood work, and dental cleaning for the price of a normal cleaning. Their concern for the longtime health of my pets is appreciated.
