I stopped by today to get a stray kitty checked for a chip and the girls at the front desk were so nice! I had never been into the office before and I was treated just like a long time client! Thank you so much!

I went to Countryside today because I saw how many 5 star reviews they have and now see why!! My cat Miss Puff developed a little cough so I took her in. They got me in quickly and I was already impressed with how friendly their staff was on the phone. They were even nicer when we arrived! Miss Puff wasn't too thrilled being there, but just about every staff member came by and gave her treats. The entire staff is incredible here! Our two puppies have been seen by them since the beginning and I can say that we've been blown away at the level of care they provide. From visits, to advice on training, and help over the phone, you feel like they care and are going the extra mile at all times for you and your pets! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They got my cat Gideon in that same day and the vet was informative and efficient. He got all his shots and they gave me a schedule for upcoming kittie shots that I was unaware of. I will be returning.

The techs and the doctors spent time getting to know my pets. They asked lots of questions and took time to listen to all my concerns. I have some overweight pets and Dr. Hoppe recommended many ways to slim them down. I appreciate the Paw Plans as I can get their needed vaccines, blood work, and dental cleaning for the price of a normal cleaning. Their concern for the longtime health of my pets is appreciated. Visited this place today and was very impressed with the staff. Reception area was clean and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I called earlier, same-day and they were able to fit me in at 3:50 which was really great! I just adopted a kitten and wanted to get him checked out and make sure he didn't have a respiratory infection. This place is the best! It starts with the receptionist on the phone (very important)...I was sold immediately. She was very friendly, accommodating and caring. From the moment I got there until I left with my dog Simba, I was treated by extremely friendly and professional personnel. What an amazing clinic! I had to bring my cat in urgently. They were able to fit me in same day. Dr. Hoppe was great! She gave my cat a very gentle exam and kept him calm. She explained what was going on and her treatment plan. The vet tech loved on him the whole time, so much that he tried to follow her to the back room for more loves.
