Went here bc of Yelp reviews and I've never been happier! Charlie hurt his paw! This was the best Animal Hospital I've ever been to! The Vet was smart kind Gentle Charlie and she asked first and gives you a quote before they prescribe the medication and they gave you options! I could've given him pills by hand or given him a shot, I chose the shot! These wonderful people absolutely care abt animals! They truly are the best of the best! Absolutely amazing! When you walk through the door they call your furr baby by their name, even before checking in. They are very attentive and always come out to say hello, and pet them, you can see it in their eyes the love they have for all animals. The doctors are amazing, they answer all the questions i have and genuinely care for them. I have two dogs Nala and Mookie and they absolutely love coming in to see the doctor and the staff. I want to thank all the folks who have worked with us throughout the years handling our Che (his real name is actually Jizzy). He was not the friendliest dog and we have gone to numerous vets who did not want us to return. The staff at this place has gone above and beyond to work around our baby and never ever made us feel bad. There is a process in how we bring our baby in and how we get him sedated or get his shots with little contact with the staff. When my friend Donkey went here when he had stomach ache they took good care of him. They gave him the vaccine he needed to get better; and when it was over, they gave him a nice treat!

I'm happy to be able to update my review. Countryside had always been persistent in great service and experience. I felt sad writing g the previous review knowing that it was one time and one person creating the one negative experience, however, I felt it to be necessary due to the impact and situation. I brought my Sick puppy here and he had a very high temp and was not doing well, they did all the treatments quickly and now he is all better! They helped us super fast and were very friendly. Thank You for helping Scooby

This is a great vet clinic where the staff all really seems to care about the wellbeing of the animals. I highly recommend them!
