We adopted our dog Louie last summer, and immediately looked on Yelp for a great vet. Countryside had and still has 5 stars, and our experience has been no different. They are always available for appointments whenever we've needed them even when they seem busy. You can even make the appointments online! They love our Louie and are so happy to see him every time he comes in. He is always just as thrilled. We also get his nails trimmed there for a decent price. Highly recommend to everyone!
Dr. Widener is a caring professional of the highest quality. We had an old lady cat who'd been with us for nearly 20 years after adoption, so she was over 100 cat years. Dr. Widener and her staff took care of her at the end, including putting her to sleep in their office. We have two kids who were really attached to the cat, and the staff took extra care to ensure everyone said their goodbyes before the end. I LOVE DR CIMINELLO! I bring my cat here & my puppy. My cat is a little neurotic & Dr Ciminello had the best advice, so grateful for her. My puppy we put in the puppy plan which does monthly billing, was super affordable & includes everything your puppy needs! Staff is super friendly here too. I can't say enough great things about this vet.
I felt my dogs received timely and excellent care from the veterinarians and staff. I did NOT feel pressured or get offered additional tests. I felt the cost of my visit was reasonable. I brought my other dog here after they both contracted kennel cough from a dog sitter. Again, great care. I asked questions and the young woman veterinarian took time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and to give her honest opinions on various drugs. This is a wonderful vet option! Dr. C was invested in my cat's health issues and was very caring and sweet with him. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful! I recommend Countryside for pet care.
Went here bc of Yelp reviews and I've never been happier! Charlie hurt his paw! This was the best Animal Hospital I've ever been to! The Vet was smart kind Gentle Charlie and she asked first and gives you a quote before they prescribe the medication and they gave you options! Absolutely amazing! When you walk through the door they call your furr baby by their name, even before checking in. They are very attentive and always come out to say hello, and pet them, you can see it in their eyes the love they have for all animals. The doctors are amazing, they answer all the questions i have and genuinely care for them. I have two dogs Nala and Mookie and they absolutely love coming in to see the doctor and the staff. I want to thank all the folks who have worked with us throughout the years handling our Che (his real name is actually Jizzy). He was not the friendliest dog and we have gone to numerous vets who did not want us to return. The staff at this place has gone above and beyond to work around our baby and never ever made us feel bad. There is a process in how we bring our baby in and how we get him sedated or get his shots with little contact with the staff.
