We used Countryside 20 years ago . Always very happy. We moved so we needed a new vet. We spend part of the winter in Havasu in our RV. Our 22 year old kitty got very Ill and we made the hard decision to let her go. I called 8 vets in Havasu and could not get her in. We called Countryside. They said they would work us in. Got in the truck and off we went. The bonus of this awful time is our grandson lives in Chandler and we got to see his baseball game and spend extra time with him..

I have been bringing my cat to Countryside for years, have bought the boyfriends dog from time to time, the parents two cats come here. I have "adopted" the parents cats along with the Dad after my mom died. I want to commend Dr. C for her calm and gentle approach today - to me. I'm stressed, mom died last month, dads in hospital with partial insurance, and his dang cat has hyperthyroidism off the charts. Dr. Dunning is amazing! And the staff are just as awesome! True animal lovers, compassionate, caring, and take the time to answer questions. Highly recommend if you are looking for a trusting doctor and staff.

Best Tempe Vet taking care of my 10yr old Dane mix through all of life's ups and downs. Kyrie loves going there, he gets so much love and treats! Every one of the vets is excellent; they always foster a two way conversation about the best health plan for my pup, I never feel forced. The admin staff is so friendly and professional! Visits are always efficient!

They are absolutely wonderful to our cat. The doctor and staff are so friendly and caring. Their pricing is reasonable and the wait time is fast! You can choose to stay in the car or go inside according to your preference.

We decided to try Countryside about a year and a half ago after many years with another vet. Since the switch, two of our indoor-outdoor cats have become ill and both times, the vets have gotten them back to normal with a modest amount of testing and treatment. We like the professionalism and courtesy of the vets and support staff and have experienced none of the condescension that's marred experiences with other vets and staff over the years. I found this place volunteering w a rescue. I have gone to prior vets but this one is the only one that I found the care to be too notch each visit. They listen to you and are trying to do the best to take care of any issues.

Dr. Smith was so wonderfully kind and patient with my very anxious dog. She sat down on my dog's level and was so gentle in her exam. She answered all of my questions in an understandable way. The technician helped me instill my dog's first round of eyedrops so I knew how to do them at home! All around, it was an amazing visit and I couldn't be more grateful.

Guys, just go. Actually call today because it's becoming the standard for animal care on the east side and those appointments fill up fast! Phenomenal communicative physicians who are not just dog owners, their dog lovers. The first time we went in, our vet sat down on the floor and made a trail of treats from her to my less than thrilled JRT taking coverage under my chair. And she sat there for like 10ish mins until Duke either realized she wasn't going away or decided that those maple bacon treats were with the risk. Like ... read more
