Best Tempe Vet taking care of my 10yr old Dane mix through all of life's ups and downs. Kyrie loves going there, he gets so much love and treats! Every one of the vets is excellent; they always foster a two way conversation about the best health plan for my pup, I never feel forced. The admin staff is so friendly and professional! Visits are always efficient!

They are absolutely wonderful to our cat. The doctor and staff are so friendly and caring. Their pricing is reasonable and the wait time is fast! You can choose to stay in the car or go inside according to your preference.

We decided to try Countryside about a year and a half ago after many years with another vet. Since the switch, two of our indoor-outdoor cats have become ill and both times, the vets have gotten them back to normal with a modest amount of testing and treatment. We like the professionalism and courtesy of the vets and support staff and have experienced none of the condescension that's marred experiences with other vets and staff over the years. I found this place volunteering w a rescue. I have gone to prior vets but this one is the only one that I found the care to be too notch each visit. They listen to you and are trying to do the best to take care of any issues.

Dr. Smith was so wonderfully kind and patient with my very anxious dog. She sat down on my dog's level and was so gentle in her exam. She answered all of my questions in an understandable way. The technician helped me instill my dog's first round of eyedrops so I knew how to do them at home! All around, it was an amazing visit and I couldn't be more grateful.

Guys, just go. Actually call today because it's becoming the standard for animal care on the east side and those appointments fill up fast! Phenomenal communicative physicians who are not just dog owners, their dog lovers. The first time we went in, our vet sat down on the floor and made a trail of treats from her to my less than thrilled JRT taking coverage under my chair. Dr Ciminello and staff had been treating my dog for end of life care without insisting on unnecessary and expensive testing. She always went above and beyond and spent extra time with us when needed. The groomer also provided extra attention and patience with my senior dog. I am SO grateful to have found Countryside to care for Mickey in his last year and for being so comforting and caring. I only wish that I had found them sooner. The entire staff there was outstanding and so kind.

This was my first visit to Countryside Animal Hospital. The entire staff was friendly, organized, and informative. Dr. Phalen Smith made my dog feel at ease, spent quality time with us, and did not upsell me on unnecessary tests/procedures. I have been to several vets trying to find one that I trusted and that had a competent staff. I was referred to this office by two people. I am certainly glad that I chose to go here.
