This is a great vet clinic where the staff all really seems to care about the wellbeing of the animals. I highly recommend them!

I took my 17 year old kitty there in January since my mobile vet was unable to come see my kitty sooner. They were great, expedient, good assessment, no extra tests that were not necessary. I have since gone back a few times and they always provide great service for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this veterinary to other pet owners!

What a contrast to our previous vet in the area. Our 5 year old Golden Retriever was in desperate straights and unable to keep any food down, spewing from both ends across several days. we had taken him to a different vet who seemed more interested in finance than our dog, and after examination, shots and treatments (all same day) sent us home with little information. We received the best care for our dog! We are new to the area and the reviews on Yelp lead us here. Our fur baby wasn't feeling well & the staff got us in the same day. Everyone was very kind & professional. I'm glad I found this place. I will be continuing care for my dogs here in the future.

The hospital is great. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very gentle with my geriatric dog. Unfortunately they no longer provide boarding services.

I cannot say enough good things about Countryside Animal Hospital. I was taking my pups to Banfield and after many weeks of not being able to help my pup with an ear infection I took him to Countryside, the Vet took cultures of his ears and knew what needed to be done. Dr. Widener packed his ears with antibiotics and gave him a few orals he had to be on. Within a few days, we noticed a HUGE difference in my pup. Seriously the most caring animal hospital I've ever been too!! My dog had a swollen eye lid a couple days ago so i had to drop him to my normal vet (Banfield - i know, terrible idea) otherwise, i would have to wait 2 weeks to make an appointment. They told me it was a hair follicle ingrown type of condition, and prescribed me eye drops and sent me on my way.. Best pet care in Tempe, hands down! From initial appointment scheduling to doctor visits to follow up calls, I just can't ask for better quality service! I have three senior pets (one very grumpy oldman cat and two sweet old Pomeranians) and am so appreciative of the thorough care they receive at Countryside Animal Hospital.
