Dr Ciminello and staff had been treating my dog for end of life care without insisting on unnecessary and expensive testing. She always went above and beyond and spent extra time with us when needed. The groomer also provided extra attention and patience with my senior dog. I am SO grateful to have found Countryside to care for Mickey in his last year and for being so comforting and caring. I only wish that I had found them sooner. The entire staff there was outstanding and so kind.

This was my first visit to Countryside Animal Hospital. The entire staff was friendly, organized, and informative. Dr. Phalen Smith made my dog feel at ease, spent quality time with us, and did not upsell me on unnecessary tests/procedures. I have been to several vets trying to find one that I trusted and that had a competent staff. I was referred to this office by two people. I am certainly glad that I chose to go here.

I called them today after my own Vet couldn't see my sick dog for three days and after I waited 5 hours at the emergency vet and they still haven't looked at my dog. I called here and wonderful lady named Jasmine got me in right away. She was so nice and understanding. They were so friendly and took care of my dog. I have since then had all my dogs records transferred to them. They were wonderfu.

We've transferred both of our dogs to this vet after seeing the level of compassion and amazing care during an incident our dog ripped off our nail and no other vet would make time for her. The doctors are incredible - they actually sit on the floor to help your dog feel comfortable, give them treats, ice them before vaccines and are genuinely interested in them! Julie is the best groomer I have ever used. I have been taking my Australian Shepherd to her for several years now and she is awesome. My dog is considered "difficult " and other groomers would not touch him. Julie is a miracle worker. I highly recommend her.

Always a positive experience with this office. We have referred multiple family and friends here and they've all had great service. Their paw plans are reasonably priced for what you get especially if you have puppies/kittens. Their online booking system and reminder systems are awesome. We have been using this office for approx 7 years and never had a problem.

Our little Siamese, Frankie woke up with a gunky eye, we couldn't get her in to see our regular vet so I found Countryside. From the first call they were AMAZING! Because of COVID owners cannot go in with their pets, someone comes out and gets your pet and once inside the vet will evaluate them and tell you the findings over the phone. I have been a client of this office since 2004. Three of my pets have been seen by Dr. Dunning and I have referred at least a dozen family members and friends over the years - all who have become recurring clients. I could not imagine a more compassionate and professional group of professionals to care for my fur babies. COVID is hard on everyone and I appreciate all the team has done to keep themselves safe (and open for business) and their clients safe. There is simply nowhere else I'd take my fur kids.

Staff is always friendly and happy to care for our four-legged family member! Dr. Widener takes extra care to keep us informed to help us make the best decisions for treatment. Always confident CAH has their staff and clients best interest and safety in mind, especially with Covid-19 pandemic.
